Customer satisfaction is very important to us! For all personal products such as shavers, shaver parts and cosmetics, we don't accept returns. No refunds or exchanges will be honored on any sale! For all other products, we have a 7 day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of the receipt of the product to return it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. There will also be 20% restocking fee for all returns. The item must be in brand new, unused and in original condition.Upon arrival, the item will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is found to be altered in any manner, no refund will be provided.
